Spring Perch; 14 Bolt/Dana 60; 2.5" Leaf; 3 1/8"-3 3/8" Tube BTF11016 $39.99 "BTF" Heavy Duty Spring Perch for Corporate 14 Bolt/Dana 60" is the ultimate in anti-wrap spring perches. These perches are unique in that the spring mounting surface is 2 1/2" wide so the whole spring will rest on the perch. Other perches that are bent on a press brake only support the middle part of the spring. It is fabricated from 5/16" high-strength steel plate. These perches were designed to fit axle tubes from 3 1/16" to 3 1/2" in diameter. The spring mounting pad measures 2 1/2" x 7". The distance from the top of the axle tube to the spring mounting surface is 1". This perch has one center pin hole in the middle to leave your options open for off setting the center pin. Sold in pairs (enough for one axle). Notice that the whole width of the leaf spring is supported by our spring perches, not only 60% of it like some others.
Jeep CJ Universal 1/4 Elliptic Spring Brackets BTF7025 $109.99 "BTF CJ or Universal 1/4 Elliptic Spring Brackets" are used to custom fabricate a 1/4 elliptic suspension. They are a weld on part. The wheel base can be anywhere from stock to around 110 inches with these brackets. Depending on how the are mounted. These brackets are laser cut from 5/16" high strength steel plate and formed on a CNC press brake.
Link Mount System for Flex Joints & Rod Ends for 1 3/4"
Tube BTF3060 "BTF Link Mount System for Flex Joints & Rod Ends for 1 3/4" Tube" is huge. This bracket system is 18" long by 4 1/8" tall. All of the parts are laser cut from 5/16" thick high-strength steel plate. The system is shipped un-welded so that the hole sizes can be easily changed. You will receive a total of 6 pieces that fit together with slots and tabs. This system was designed to be welded to 1 3/4" tube. It is designed for use with flex joints or 1" & 1 1/4" rod ends. The bolt hole size is 9/16" for use with flex joints but can be drilled up to 1". It could be used with 1" rod ends with heim spacers or high-misalignment spacers. When assembled the distance between the mounting surfaces is 2 5/8". The angles of the mounting surfaces are 40 degrees total or 20 degrees per side.
Dana 60 Rear Truss System BTF3056 $369.99 "BTF Dana 60 Rear Truss System" is the perfect answer for anyone looking to build a 4 link suspension. The truss system was designed on state of the art 3D CAD software for a perfect fit part. The main body of the truss is laser cut from a huge 1/2" high-strength steel plate. The parts are then formed on a CNC press brake. The truss ties into the diff cover provided with the kit for extra strength. The four link tabs provided with the kit are laser cut from 5/16" plate. The tabs weld to the top of the truss. The kit includes: 1 diff cover, 1 bolt set for diff cover, 1 truss body, 1 bolt pack for truss, 1 diff cover plug, and 4 upper link tabs. THIS IS A WELD ON KIT. AN EXPERIENCED WELDER IS REQUIRED TO INSTALL THIS PART.
